"Expertpath organized a workshop for strategic direction of “Mawten” in order to determine the strategic directions of the company, and the workshop was attended by CEO and members of the board of “Mawten”.

Mr. Amin Almin - Executive Partner of Expertpath – was explaining during the workshop the important targets that must be taken during the preparation stage of the strategic direction highlighted by strategic alliances, project management, operation and maintenance, and financial systems used in the real estate companies, as well as the general orientation of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, and future opportunities and challenges in this sector. It has also been discussed about the strategic direction of the company for the year 2020 through model environmental analysis, inputs and recommendations.

At the end, the workshop had a great impact to identify the current performance of the company through strategic factor, workforce factor, financial factor, and operations / real estate development factor for “Mawten”.
